The acquisition which was settled originally on June 1, 2011 provides FindMyLeads, Inc. with National Lead Service’s entire active client, affiliate list (including archives dating back to 2001), web based technology, domain names, company trademarks, and other intellectual property. Financial terms of this transaction were not released.

With more than 500 clients and hundreds of affiliates now available to use FindMyLeads’ real time reporting and lead generation technology, this acquisition is a tremendous value proposition to our current client base and partners.
