Anton Pereiaslavtsev, Co-Founder and CEO
Prior to co-founding HumanEnglish, Anton founded a successful Los Angeles-based technology consulting company and served as a Vice President of Information Technology at Tower Asset Management - a private investment management company based in Beverly Hills, California.

Anton earned a degree in Business Information Technology from California State University, Northridge. He also studied International Business at Kingston University, London. He now lives in Los Angeles, California.

Anton grew up in Russia. In less than three years of living in the United States he became fluent in English. His learning experience convinced him that the most effective way to learn English was through real-life, human interactions.

Tony Winn, Co-Founder, Academic and HR Director
Tony has over 25 years of experience as a teacher, teacher-trainer, academic manager and course writer with leading language teaching organizations in Portugal, France and the UK. During his career, Tony prepared hundreds of business people around the globe for real-world interactions in English.

He has worked as Academic Manager for a leading summer course provider in the UK, as a lecturer in English for Academic Purposes and Higher Education Study Skills Preparation at the University of Central Lancashire and at International House Lisbon where he received his diploma in teaching English to adults (Cambridge University ESOL Exams DELTA). Currently in Lancaster, England he is developing a way to provide quality learning experiences for working people through a principled approach to learning English online.

Alexey Bizikin, Software Engineer
Alexey has a degree in Information Technology and Software Engineering from Tula State University.

Alexey became convinced of the effectiveness of HumanEnglish’s courses after taking part in the early pilot program. Just two months later, he had acquired the necessary skills and language to comfortably communicate with the company’s English-speaking staff.

Having experienced the effectiveness of the company’s courses first hand, Alexey is now developing technical solutions to help HumanEnglish’s learners achieve their full potential.
