2. Click "Register".
3. On the registration form, enter your information and then click "Submit".
Once the host approves your registration, you will receive a confirmation email message with instructions on how to join the event.
For those of you who may not have already participated in a webinar, here are a few tips to make sure that you will be able to listen to the webinar as well as participate on-line:
1. Make sure to check the time in your time zone. Our webinars take place at 12:00 pm, Eastern Daylight Time (Montreal, GMT-04:00) – What time is it in your city? %http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter.html%
2. Make sure you have a soundcard in your computer.
3. Make sure you have: internal OR external computer speakers OR an audio headset (test your audio at least two days before the webinar)
4. On the day of the webinar, follow the link included in this email message. The link will open another window on your computer; you may be required to install a plugin to be available to view the webinar (you will be instructed on what to do if this is the case).
5. The webinar platform (WEBEx) should be compatible with most browsers but in case you have difficulty viewing with one browser, switch to another browser (for example, if you are in Firefox but can’t see the webinar, switch to Netscape).
