Learn more about Social media Christmas marketing

Learn more about Social media Christmas marketing

It’s just ten days before Christmas. And beyond opening gifts and warm embraces, this is also a good time to push your social media marketing. With the perfect holiday campaign, this is the time you get more engagement and conversions. Always remember that Christmas isn’t just about giving but also about giving back. So here are some tips that could boost your campaign on this jolly season.
1. Holiday themed Facebook
- Change your Facebook theme to a seasonal timeline cover. Offer some discounts, special offers, and even tips. You can also add a Christmas photo sharing contest with bigger and exciting prices for the winners.

2. Offer value to people
- If you want your campaign to be successful, you have to offer value to people. Give them a good reason to like your page or to simply catch their attention. Offering big discounts is one thing, especially when everybody’s budget is already stretched.

3. Christmas wish list (focus only on your products)
- Offer a Christmas wish list and host a contest that whoever gets the most shares on your fan page wins his wish list. This is a tried and tested way to engage your social community.

4. Get Viral
- Upload a YouTube video or simply launch a competition in Twitter that has the most unique Tweet with your specified hashtag. Christmas is always a good time to try your luck in getting viral. With people more relaxed, they would be more willing to share emails or spend time on social media.

5. Observe
- If you can’t think outside the box, then think inside. There are a lot of companies and individuals who have launched a successful Christmas campaign. Gather five of them and incorporate all their best practices.

Ten solid days would be enough to start your Christmas campaign. Happy marketing!
