According to the article published onMashable, a recently made social media site, Giggem, provides a unique, one-stop approach to helping musicians find potential “bandmates, managers, and labels.” The article says Giggem utilizes algorithms to match a musician’s profile with local bands.

In the article, Giggem creator and CEO Emir Turan describes his intentions for Giggem. "With a few clicks, we want [musicians] to meet online, and see if they fit in real life to improve their music careers,” he says.
