gShift Score provides a single measurement of a web presence based on how a website ranks across search engines. Businesses can achieve a high gShift score by ranking on the first page of a Google search for their target keyword phrases. A higher score would have a ranking in the top three listed sites for the searched keywords. A company with a superior score would have multiple URLs in the top 10 search engine results for the keywords plus a strong social media presence.
